Please complete a client consultation form before your session. If you are a returning client you may wish to update your circumstances using the consultation form also - for example if you have new conditions or medications.

PAYMENT - New clients - please transfer payment 24 hours prior to the appointment to secure your booking.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Less than 24 hour notice - may be subject to a partial cancellation fee of £20 to honour the time and space set aside for you. I am very grateful for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
