Holistic Massage
Holistic massage is person centred on not just a physical basis, but also on a mental, emotional and spiritual basis. Holistic massage is a nurturing process of touch and response, the fundamental aim being to adapt the treatment to each client’s unique needs, physical characteristics and personality.
For instance, upon discussion with the client, it is common for me to include deep tissue massage with relaxing elements within this holistic framework; alternatively clients may instead prefer a light/medium pressure massage throughout.

Deep Tissue Massage
Research shows that deep tissue massage works to lengthen and relax deep tissue. This type of massage may help manage pain and increase a person’s range of motion.
Deep tissue massage may be a suitable option to treat sports injuries or chronic back pain. The technique is sometimes considered one type of therapeutic massage.
Deep tissue massage can provide many benefits for various conditions, including injury, chronic pain, and certain diseases.

Pre-natal massage
A pregnancy massage, or pre-natal massage, is a gentle and relaxing type of massage designed specifically for mothers-to-be.
Since every woman experiences pregnancy in her own way, my main goal is to help support a pregnant client through the emotional and physical changes she goes through.
Pregnancy massage can help ease muscle tension that builds up during pregnancy, relieve pain in the back and hips, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being during this special time of change.

Reflexology
Reflexology promotes relaxation and activates the body's self-healing abilities. It improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and restores balance to the body. Gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the feet corresponding to organs, bones, and glands.

Thai Foot Massage
A Thai foot massage is an incredibly relaxing yet rejuvenating treatment that combines different techniques like massage, pressure points, and reflexology to help balance the body's energy. It specifically focuses on the feet and lower legs. At times, a special wooden tool or a Thai foot stick can be used to work on the various pressure points of the feet

Kinetic Chain Release
Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a comprehensive, whole-body treatment utilizing medically and scientifically approved gentle mobilizations and stretches, developed by Scottish physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert. It can be incorporated into any appointment as a 30-minute add-on at the beginning of the session. Alternatively, I offer this treatment as a standalone 60 or 75 minute appointment.
- KCR is a manual therapy technique which gently releases ‘tensions’ around various joints of the body.
- Combined with various stretches, KCR helps to realign the body and “straighten you up”.
- By bringing the body into a better physical balance, KCR can provide a high level of relief from pain and discomfort.
- KCR also helps to enhance your energy level.
The duration of the appointment will be 60-75 minutes including consultation.
